The lifestyle of the average citizen has dramatically changed as opposed to the same person say, 50 years ago. Today we are constantly on the run, we eat processed foods, many of us are over-weight because of these processed foods, and some of us have addictive personalities.   1. Goals – Many of us will set goals, and then lose them. Take the New Year’s resolution as an example, every single year we set these goals, and by the end of January they have been forgotten.
